What are the best aspects of this product?

Customizing your database is very easy. Very simple in intergrating this software to other third party apps. Reporting and filtering are easy to handle. Customer support is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to hate much with the software. So far, it's been ok.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Podio ended up becoming our main database with all info on the vendors. It's important for our vendor sourcing team in managing insurances that have been expired. The same goes for properties handled both by the city and vendor, as well as keeping a highlight of shortage areas. Since anyone can now have workspace access without changing anything, data is now more precise than ever.
