What are the best aspects of this product?

There is so much that Podio brings to the table. It is rich in apps that help you to create or add features depending on the needs of your business. You can identify your teams members, assign them tasks and give reminders on the tasks you have assigned making it effective in your project management role.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not integrate well with other applications that you may be using in your business. For example, when you try to link to QuickBooks and Freshbooks, it is difficult and thus a big problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped to organize customer details including contacts and manage them from a central location. The improved visibility of the activities around customers has made it possible for all employees to serve and provide help where need arises.
