It's so easy to use. The wide range of sections and dashboards with Podio keeps things organized. This is ideal for companies who are in need of a CRM or an in-house document hub. Great stuff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Certain advanced features found in Podio. This is in terms of automated certain processes which can have a learning curve. At times, you'll need someone who have the experience.
