It has a shareable feature that allows you share data and files with your peers. For group members in a project, it is easy to upload documents and share them on the same platform. This increases collaboration and hence efficiency of work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The arrangement of the documents stored in the system is not ideal. It can be difficult to access them whenever you need. The documents uploaded in the system are arranged in a way that the newest ones fall at the bottom, while the earlier ones are at the top. Scrolling down to see what was recently uploaded does not make sense and thus frustrating.

Podio has managed to provide a shared workspace for teams to collaborate and share files with ease. Organizations can virtually manage teams within a project and work to meet the objective. You can share work which will be accessed by multiple people in different organization and thus convenient.
