PROS: What I like the most about Positionly is the way in which their amazing Account Management team 'jumps in' every time the toolfalls short, or we think a feature is missing. The product gave us a robust suite to work with, and that inspired life even among the seemingly unfesible SEO versions we had. Exploring it was a delightful experience, and I am really looking forward to their upcoming improvements. As for a favorite feature, I don't really have one, but I'd point out the Keyword Count Trends (paid), Multiple Buckets (standard), and most of all the Search Volume (also standard Beta).
CONS: I dislike the way in which the Positionly team plans their imrpovements. The updates are almost always company-initiated, and despite of the fact that we got the product transition we asked for, I think it should be more market trend-responsive. Otherwise, it will stay behind its competitors, and none of the satisfied users wants that to occur. My personal dislikes about it are that I'm only able to track a single state per website (I'd have to duplicate them in order to track more), and I especially mind the poorness of recommending competitors.
