What are the best aspects of this product?
Among the advantages that Powerpoint has, I can list the following:
1.- It is easy to use since it has an intuitive interface that allows you to manage this program without major problems. I have fun while working with Powerpoint.
2.- It has several predefined templates that can be very useful as well as effects, transitions, variety of types of sources, among other features. This gives the professional touch to each sheet we design always presenting high quality works.
3.- The work area in Powerpoint is well thought out. It has a taskbar that makes it easier to find each function. In fact, all functions are grouped in a simple way in their different menus.
4.- Its price-value relationship is fair and it also comes with a complete office package where other tools come that can not be missing in any company. That is, we paid for software and other tools arrived that have been very useful for the development of our company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have practically nothing negative to say about Powerpoint. It is a good software, useful and simple to handle for anyone who does not have much experience designing sheets. Powerpoint has been very useful.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be very positive that next versions of Powerpoint offered the possibility of uploading the presentations we make in their original format to pages like You Tube. The issue of format compatibility with some social networks and video containers such as You Tube can sometimes be somewhat complex. It would be great if this problem was overcome for future releases.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Powerpoint I have designed the best presentations. In each meeting I attend, you cannot miss a Powerpoint presentation that contains detailed information, statistical graphs and images that complement each oral presentation. I really don't know another Powerpoint-like tool that does the job with the quality that it does.
