Power Point has great platform that allows you to create and share presentations. It can be used by everyone and every type of industry. You can present information through this program. The presentations are easily done, you can share them with colleagues and they can even make some changes on the go without the need of recreating the presentation again.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This tool is used by everyone, but I have seen that lot of people try to learn how to use the animations and sounds that are within the program. But I believe that if you use some of its features you may create greta presentations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is a lot of information that we look forward to share through Power Point. This our main tool when it comes to sharing ideas and information with other staff. It allows us to share important information in most visually manner, we are able to print the presentation so the audience may keep track of everything.
