Power Point program gets better, its UI is simple and this means that you can easily create presentations for everyone. It has great set of slide transitions so you can make your presentations good-looking. You can easily save the presentation and email it to everyone. You can easily insert hyperlinks within the presentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even though it has enough options so you can make great presentation the thing that I don’t like is its limitation when it comes to creating whatever you want and some of the presentations may end-up looking somewhat generic.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program makes it easier for everyone to follow along with what you have to say, it saves resources and paper. People are more engaged during the presentation. An ability to insert web links into the presentation allows everyone to get even more info about the presentation and topic.
