What are the best aspects of this product?

PowerReviews provides detailed insights in organized way. I love the fact that consumers can leave an honest opinion for the services we provide. Our customers can rate various elements of each experience for product, delivery experience, customer support and many other things. It makes sure that the product reviews are valid and are published to the feed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product is pricy compared to other products. They could include more details so we can get deeper insight into product review. Also, it can be buggy sometimes, but I haven’t found some major issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to gain an honest opinions from our current customers and we are able to customize our product and services so we can meet our clients’ needs. We enjoy immersive purchasing experience on their retailer’s portal. This product helps us to gain lot of reviews for our products, it allows us to set up the dashboard in order to analyze the product reviews and to implement some changes if needed.
