What are the best aspects of this product?

The only good aspect about it is that it's free, because I would never pay even a dime for it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Your product import feature is one of the worst on the market. You should take a look at the import procedure that the old Interspire Shopping Cart (which is now Big Commerce) uses and learn from it. If you just don't care or don't know how let me know and I can refer you to some real programmers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A product that works. The one feature that is the most important is the one that always gets ignored or never changes. Who cares about Prestashop 1.7 or any other version for that matter if importing products into your website is so complicated and takes so long. Prestashop is supposed to make my company money which is nearly impossible because of this. Come on guy's let's get real here, you put so much time into Prestashop 1.7 but you forgot to do anything with the product import which is still as bad as it was with all the older version's as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. It cost me money. Paid over $1800.00 in modules to try and make it work and now that Prestashop 1.7 is out 90% of them don't work anymore and the developers expect to be paid again in order to make the modules compatible with the new version 1.7.
