What are the best aspects of this product?
I can edit the template as soon as I think of an improvement while using a checklist, then go back to the checklist where I left off.
Conditional logic - allows me to display tasks and individual fields, or hide them, to produce clear instructions for each situation within a checklist.
I can use 'text' to show the data entered in a previous task, for ease of reference.
It works well with Zapier.
I can upload videos, images, etc, as instructional or explanational material. I can also link to files and URLs for downloads. The user can upload files.
Automatic emails can be sent from within a checklist.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Lack of colour/font formatting options within automatic emails.
I'm really struggling to think of anything that is problematic or could work better.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to be able to copy an uploaded file from one task to another.
I would like to be able to format an automatic email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Process management of tasks within specific legal solutions. Monitoring delegation of specific tasks. Speedier processing of initial screening and routine work (especially with Zapier linking to Xero and to emails). Training of new assistants. I envisage more use being made of it once I have had time to add more training information. In future I hope to develop templates that clients can use to guide themselves through estate administration and other legal challenges.
