PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Interface is intuitive, and they are constantly working on upgrading it and giving even greater functionality all the time. It enabled us to overcome the problem we previously had of how to manage a portfolio of hundreds of clients in a consistent manner. Right now it forms the nerve centre of our operation and we would not have got to where we are without it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The need to use Zapier or have a professional programmer to develop API interfaces does increase the overall cost of use. It's also very processor-intensive so you need top-end user devices to make it run smoothly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better integration with third party systems would be an advantage. Also an in-build way to do performance management through measuring tasks done, and assigning them relative weights. Currently we have had to develop an external system to do that (hence use of Zapier) but this being a task management system should be able to do that internally.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a solution that could manage hundreds of members, and also be scalable as we grew. Process Street provided that when we got on board, but over the few years we have been using it, they have introduced additional features such as Conditional Logic, Approvals and customisations that enabled us to go beyond what we initially needed. We can now manage and scale up operations seamlessly. Their commitment to continuous improvement also means that we grow along with them.
