PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer support and training, the ease of use, and the efficiency of onboarding a team to a new platform. We've also been able to onboard remote team members because of Process.St. The ability to incorporate our best policies and procedures while completing tasks eases the strain of training and onboarding new employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the visual aspects such as not being able to format email templates (change font size and color, for example.) To really use Process.St at full capacity, integrations with Zapier are ideal. Unfortunately, this requires yet another subscription and more set-up time.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to better format text in tasks and edit photos. It's a little boxy at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

People followed outdated versions of checklists. No one knew the status of certain tasks when something was being held up by a team member. Some tasks were unclear to new employees and required training which is now all explained in our Process.St flow.
