The best aspects of this product are how well it can organize your information and steps. It allows you to create your own checklists, ensure that mandatory points are checked off, and allows you to build it either to a standardized template, or a customized design of your own volition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None that I could see yet as we've mostly used it for tutorials for our company.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not sure right now.
