What are the best aspects of this product?
I honestly searched for a similar solution for several years and was so happy to come across process.st. It saves hours of my time and helps ensure my team and I are on track and on the same page for month-end close. It's really great in helping centralize the knowledge base for infrequent, but detailed, processes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One area that could improve is making user-access restrictions easier to manage. E.g. my recruiting staff should not be able to see my finance checklists.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would LOVE to see the ability to create one-off checklists.
