What are the best aspects of this product?
It seems as if they thought of everything. Haven't gotten to a point where I've said "I wish they added this feature"
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Because it's a very complete tool, it's also quite complex to use. But it seems like it has to be that way for it to work the way it does
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A few more custom options on the notification center.

It helped so much to keep track of projects when there's a full team involved. It's IDEAL!
