It would be great if you were able to work with companies like Appfolio and get your software integrated with them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

After reading "The Checklist Manifesto" I realized that lives are actually saved everyday by following a checklist. A mistake at my job will probably not cost someone's life, but it could cost my job. I don't miss things anymore and rarely make mistakes.
