What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a great product, because not only is it incredibly useful, they've kept it simple. Oftentimes software products suffer from "feature creep," where they keep adding so many unnecessary features that the product is not longer as useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't really encountered anything that's been problematic.

Maybe a Salesforce or Asana integration -- maybe it already is integrated?

We have lots of SOPs and Process St. keeps everything simple and replicable. Also, we can easily iterate as we change or improve our processes.
