What are the best aspects of this product?
Process Street is the foundational framework for our process documentation, management, and automation for our business. It's easy to setup and use and yet has serious power to grow into. We typically can get a process up and running in a short time, run with it and improve over time. It holds us all accountable and provides a centralized location for all our SOP's and automations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm always looking for improvements in reporting and analytics but it's already got everything we need. I'd love to see the integration with Power Automate keep up with the Zapier integration as it's usually a little behind, but that doesn't cause us any grief.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It'd be cool for the Pages component to have full markdown.

Wow. What isn't improved by having documented processes, everyone held accountable for their part, insight into sticking points in every running process, and more.
