What are the best aspects of this product?

It enhanced our management processes. It fixed our workflows and allowed us to improve task management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite expensive. Some features that my business need is not included yet so it has to be customized for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to generate product concerns, quality reports, incident reports and many more using ProcessMaker. It is a convenient application for organizing our workflow.
