What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the best project management tool out there. It allows us to get reports on our processes. Furthermore, its solutions are meant for small businesses because it is free of charge. It is also simple to track calls and product alerts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It still needs improvement. Some aspects of it are difficult to correct.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Like a plant, we have a lot of paperwork to deal with. By using ProcessMaker, we were able to reduce our paperwork significantly. We were able to use their workflows for this.
