What are the best aspects of this product?

It integrates well with LDAP, allowing us to improve our business processes. Its interface is also easy to navigate. It has folders for inbox, drafts, and participate. To add to this, it also loads fast and is organized. It has columns for sent by, due date, modified by, and priority. And because it integrates with our email, we can keep updated on what's happening.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The flexibility of the modeling feature can still be improved. Adding more libraries will make the process much more effective.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us improve our tracking processes; reduced our paperwork; automated other business processes; and simplified out internal processes. This paved the way for a much more efficient workflow for the whole company.
