No programming skills are needed to create the workflow. It allows us to easily create workflows without prior experience, making it convenient for us non-developers. The API and database links all make the process effective and it's easy to add functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It should provide more user access and features in the user settings. It should also allow access configuration so we can limit which users can access a particular type of file.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is easy to integrate the workflow of my business. I can keep track of the entire process.
