ProcessMaker is a great end to end automation tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to create forms, automated email, mobile support, and API integration using ProcessMaker. The customer service is also well-equipped with the proper knowledge to help us accomplish our tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't integrate with Kafka and HDFS. It also doesn't export files to JPG or PNG.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to automate 32 manual workflows into automated ones. It helped us automate task approval, which greatly reduced the time spent on this. Before, we have to wait for days before a project is approved.
