What are the best aspects of this product?

In a few days, you can successfully create workflows. We can also create applications with systems integration. It also allows us to add plugins without affecting the functions of the application. This is my favorite feature thus far. As a bonus, it allows users with minimal expertise in programming to navigate the application without confusion.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not simple to use especially the upgraded version. The workflows have to be re-tested to make sure it is not affected by the upgrades. The UI also needs an update. Currently, it looks outdated. They need to modernize their overall look. The mobile app also lags when there are complex dynaforms and custom javascript/JQuery implementations. Performance issues also occur whenever open cases exceed a certain number.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It reduced our paperwork in our manufacturing plants. ProcessMaker is useful in automating workflows, allowing users to interact with a custom user interface. This helped us a lot because we don't have to do as much manual work anymore.
