What are the best aspects of this product?
I am a new Director this year, and have had a big learning curve for new administrative duties. Procurement Express has been one of the easiest new tasks I have had. It was easy to learn to use, and I love that it keeps all my information in one place. It’s awesome that the approving parties can ask questions and leave comments within Procurement Express, which helps keep things very clear.
Get rid of the paper! You will love this simple system of keeping track of your budget, creating purchase orders, the approval process, and completing a purchase.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have not come across any negatives.

able to upload pictures of receipts directly to an app
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has completely eliminated the need for paper copies and a paper trail for purchase requests and purchasing. Also cuts down on the amount of back and forth emails needed to get approval. The comments section is especially helpful, because the discussion can all take place in one spot.
