PROS: It does exactly what it needs to do without excessive features and complications. We use it to generate purchase orders on a daily basis and are extremely happy with it. It has already paid for itself in streamlining our operation. Keeping all relevant documents in a single place and an efficient approval process makes it an extremely useful tool.

CONS: I really have no negative comments about this product.

PROS: The customer service is excellent. Very easy to use , and the team were very patient when I asked for a little bit of training. Everything is laid out clearly.

CONS: Sometimes I cannot see the remaining budgets when I am creating a PO. It's a shame that we can't add multiple Suppliers for one PO (eg if I am organising an event and I want to put all suppliers on to one PO)/

PROS: Reporting - brilliant for working out accruals of what's outstanding Budgeting - easy to see how much is spent Authorizations - helps with getting spend approved by apropriate authorizers

CONS: I could possibly do with locking some orders from being visible/accesible to everyone. I managed to find a way around it but there may be an easier way.

PROS: It's very easy to use with a clear process. I like how you can choose your budgets and easily keep track of everything that needs to be paid. It shows the different departments which means we can keep track of spend throughout the company. It's also great that everyone can use the same software, from the marketing team, to the production team, and it's super easy to stick to a budget.

CONS: I'm just nitpicking here, but I don't like staring at the colour orange ;) Other than that, it was great!

PROS: I am a new Director this year, and have had a big learning curve for new administrative duties. Procurement Express has been one of the easiest new tasks I have had. It was easy to learn to use, and I love that it keeps all my information in one place. It’s awesome that the approving parties can ask questions and leave comments within Procurement Express, which helps keep things very clear. Get rid of the paper! You will love this simple system of keeping track of your budget, creating purchase orders, the approval process, and completing a purchase.

CONS: I have not come across any negatives.

PROS: It is very, very simple to use. Easy to set up and create separate accounts just to see where all the money is going.

CONS: I am yet to come across a problem, because we have very simple requirements. It works exactly as we need it to. PO raised, PO Confirmed, PO sent to supplier. Simple. Although you could ask my Line Manager to install the App so that I get my orders confirmed when he disappears on holiday...

PROS: Procurement express is the site that my school uses to place orders. We use this very frequently and it is an awesome site! The site has you attach the provider, link, quantity and allows you to select from different budgets if there is more than one option where the money can come from. The website lets you order from one provider and also calculates the total for you.

CONS: You can only order from one provider at a time per order- which sometimes seems annoying but it is not a big deal.

PROS: Very quick and easy for everyone to create purchase orders when needed. I appreciate the export to excel function to see what is still outstanding.

CONS: I would appreciate if the search function was a bit more intuitive. To be able to search using terms or any part of the body ie: name of person who managers are creating PO for, or total amount of PO would be great.

PROS: I like that it is simple, fast and easy to use, I am the one who closes the PO's and other people in my company create them when ordering goods. It’s easy to train and show people how to use it. The approving process is simple, very easy to create PO simple steps, select who you want to approve it e.g. your managers etc. and options to select how many. I really like it for its simplicity and it does the job.

CONS: When it came to analysing some old but still open POs it took me a while to analyse because people left them there for so long without providing an invoice, so the analysis part was a bit long, but you can still export the data to excel and work from there which was really good that they had this option.

PROS: I have really enjoyed using Procurement Express. As a start-up, we had outgrown our "old school" way of tracking outgoing costs, which was a lot more manual and not as transparent and things had become difficult to track. This program has been a incredible addition to creating a smooth process. It is very intuitive and works in multiple currencies, which is important for us. Really please with it so far.

CONS: So far so good, nothing to worry about.
