ProcurementExpress is easy to use. The customer service team is extremely helpful whether I am reaching out to them via email or a quick chat on the website. If they feel they need to, they will call to make sure that I am getting the help that I need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do not have any problems with ProcurementExpress.

We were using a paper purchase order system which was very difficult to track and keep up with. ProcurementExpress has saved us a lot of time and made following our budget much easier.
