What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use and to configure making it extremely easy to implement in any organisation. The matching customer support is out of this world and all this for a very competitive price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing has been problematic, but I would have liked more toggle controls over certain features.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More control over the use of features, like toggling it on or off.

We went from paper based purchase ordering system to a cloud based one. Suddenly we can report, analyse, etc.
