What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easy to submit orders, track requests, reorder previous orders, and other previously repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting could be better. Also, the screen that lets you order the same thing as on previous orders could be a little easier to use. I end up clicking through pages sometimes to find what I want to reorder.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More visual reporting options, not just csv.
