What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we can take a variety of orders with control over inventory, but still keeping flexible for changes and streamlining. Procurify allows us to automate and let each of our employees become accountable for their orders and purchases, and how they're all involved in the whole process. And this is involving teams across all departments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We could avoid lags in the system. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, I find that we needed to wait for a while before it functions properly. Perhaps a lite version can work in case the internet connection is interrupted or slows down.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are helpless without Procurify. It has enabled us to be able to better monitor our inventory processes, from buying to renewing, through this app.
