What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Procurify is so easy to use as a tracker for our company's official purchases. We're able to monitor the orders and delivery stages to help manage expectations. Plus points for being able to integrate with third-party software like Slack, and having an app we can access anywhere and anytime with our phone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Having reports we can customize according to client preferences and segmentation would be super helpful in making Procurify work better for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're now able to track our company costs and the stages of the process. A responsive support team, coupled with a user-friendly and instinctive UI helps enable our teams to become more efficient too.
