PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best characteristics of Procurify is that it is capable of following the complete Purchase Order process online without the need of physically moving papers from each person that approves it, in other words it is very organized. Also, tracking the order, keeping re-occurring orders, information with vendors, and the ease of accessibility to previous documentation of Purchase Orders is amazing and simple enough to prevent confusion.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a few instances when the link of a button does not open or execute but I believe they have fixed this issue because is not occurring anymore

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

One of the features that will really help would be downloading in "bulk" information. What I mean by this is including all the information from a certain period of time, for example; all month of July PO PDF's or similar. This to improve going into each one saving individually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Documentation of Purchase Orders was improved as well as organization in terms of approvals and the ease of use on the entire process.
