User-friendly and no-fuss tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Procurify is just the right amount of simple, in terms of usage. The online user interface seems to know exactly what I need and when I need it, so I find it so pleasant to use, along with the mobile app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It might already be available and my company is just not using it, but it would be great if there's a time limit for order approvals and that it will automatically be approved if not actioned within a specific period. This will avoid delays in the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to keep track of the stages in the approval process.
