It's ideal for collaboration. It's perfect for assiging individuals their tasks as well as sub-tasks. As a manager, you get to know which tasks each individual is currently working on. You're also aware of the stuff that's coming up.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Right now they have options that are complete and incomplete. There's no other approach outside of messaging in keeping others informed on what they're currently working on. There's also a delay in their messaging.

We're using this in keeping track of our tasks. The same goes for knowing which ones we're actually responsible for. It's beneficial in delegating tasks to our marketing team. It's really that solution worth keeping for the long term.
