Producteev Review

PROS: Producteev's tool gives you the ablity to see a clearer outlook on which tasks you're currently working on. Flipping in between projects is simpler. This is way better than other third part sofware. Items are simple to organize and tag.

CONS: Producteev's functionality could use some quicker expansion. That way it can cater to the needs of each customer. After using this for a couple years now, improvements are noticeable in terms of functionality and design. It'd be great to have the ability to autoschedule specific tasks or induce awareness of its new set of funcionality.

PROS: After testing few other products I started using the Producteev. It is free and allows me to do everything I need, I am able to keep track of tasks and deadlines as well. The product is easy to use and it is really intuitive. It provides great set of features for its users, even for those who use it for free. The features are really useful and allows you to add team members, sub-tasks, set deadlines and labels.

CONS: The product I have used before Producteev was very flexible for me, I could set up and move tasks to various statuses in the work-flow. But I find it difficult to do this with Producteev. I use this product because I have great amount of tasks and I know I cannot lose them, previously it was difficult to manage them with other platforms.

PROS: It's ideal for collaboration. It's perfect for assiging individuals their tasks as well as sub-tasks. As a manager, you get to know which tasks each individual is currently working on. You're also aware of the stuff that's coming up.

CONS: Right now they have options that are complete and incomplete. There's no other approach outside of messaging in keeping others informed on what they're currently working on. There's also a delay in their messaging.

PROS: Networks are easy to create, I am able to assign tasks to team members. Producteev offers great set of tools for setting deadlines and ability to keep track of the things. I use “Networks” to manage various projects, it offers multiple projects for network. The product is great for small business and it can be used as free version. I can add or remove team members. It has simple and intuitive interface. What I love most is that provides mobile app and my team members can reach the app from anywhere, this means that the product allows me to manage my business from anywhere in real time.

CONS: In my opinion, the product is great but it needs some improvements such as” mobile app, I can’t add more details on tasks and assign sub-tasks. Also, I cannot even format the comment on tasks. I couldn’t manage my projects via mobile app. I want new features to transfer sub-tasks between main tasks. I want to be able to assign sub-tasks to team members.

PROS: I began making use of Producteeve after giving other products a go. Since it's literally free, I get to do what I feel like is worth using. I can keep track of sales and see deadlines. Producteeve is simple to utilize and has a decent appearance.

CONS: I was getting the hang of products that I was familiar with (ex. Trello). Usually those products would involve setting up tasks quickly and moving them to varying statuses within my work flow. Workflows and statuses are difficult to gauge when it comes to Producteev. The biggest reason why I made a shift to Producteev is that I have boatloads of tasks that are either or difficult to organize.

PROS: It constantly keeps you updated. It's capable of making newer tasks. You get to delegate numerous responsiblities to a lot of people. Collaboration has never been this easy.

CONS: Its app for Mac users lacks the functionality compared to that of their web-based platform. We think it's useful to know if a certain task has been put on hold, ongoing, or has finished. It's not possible to do that at all if you're using a Mac computer.

PROS: The way this tool organizes things is awesome. Having the ability to drill down my days/months/weeks into a wide range of projects is amazing. It changes things completely. Nice stuff!

CONS: I dislike the fact that I can't drag and drop things. It's hard to get stuff into my tasks without that method. It may appear to be several clicks, but it's an ideal practice that I feel other tools are capable of.
