What are the best aspects of this product?
With PCS it's very easy to coordinate different aspects of a project. For our company, the most important feature of the project is the budget control. We can easily plug in the expenditures we make within the scope of the project. We can coordinate the projects we are conducting from one hand. It is now easier to ensure workflow. Furthermore, it's now very easy for us to manage Purchase Orders, material control and storage. And we can track the invoices and payments without encountering any kind of mess. Besides other benefits, I think the most important one is that PCS team is always ready to respond our questions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have not encountered any problems since we started using PCS.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I think an application for smartphones should be developed. As far as I've been told it will be available in a couple of months.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were having difficulties calculating the total cost of the project we were carrying out as an architectural firm. We had also circulation and follow-up problems of documents in our team related to the project. There was a lot of confusion in the billing and document exchanges with the companies we did business with, and difficult problems were coming out because of the things that escaped from our eyes. Using PCS solved these and some other problems.
