What are the best aspects of this product?

Project Insight provides a simple GUI. The timer feature is especially useful. You can simply set the timer and carry on with your task without worrying about the start and end times. If you forget to set the timer, you can retroactively apply the time taken for a task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one major drawback is the Issues, Task feature does not show the tasks I assign to other team members. It only shows the tasks assigned to me in my task listing. It would be great if this feature showed all the tasks I create including those assigned to myself as well as to others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Project Insight has made project management easier for us by making our resource management more effective. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and required minimal training to start using it efficiently. Our company is plagued by poor documentation in project management and this app makes it easier to access the proper documents.
