What are the best aspects of this product?

Project Insight offers many standout features. You can submit invoices through the app based on the hours spent on assigned tasks. This is much more efficient than generating a manual invoice. The import/export feature allows you can create a plan outside the system and upload it later. You can also export invoices and reports. Finally, the reporting feature allows you to view the resources assigned to your team members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They system is very slow and it takes a lot of time to perform each activity. For this reason, I create a .mpp outside the app as it is much faster to work on the plan, and then import it after the plan is finalized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Project Insight to view resource allocation across the company so that we can know if resources are available for new projects. We also use the app to capture the time taken to do tasks and this is used for benchmarking purposes for future projects.
