What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool lets you do updates on your project wherever you go. It can help you do that at any point in time. It'll let you share reports with your teammates over the internet. ProjectManager.com has a user-friendly UI. Using it has been nothing but easy from the very beginning.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Planning a project with the tool can be hard. What's worse is that it tends to running really slow. I wish there was another way to make things simpler to plan projects and make things a litle faster. Right now, those are the two things that are a downer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool immensely helped our company to effectively manage our projects with less hassle. Evaluation and keeping tabs of projects is simple to do this time around. I credit the tool to keeping things flat out easy. My company benefitted from a majority it things it provided us.
