Adapts to different project methodologies

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can customize it in different ways based on the project model. I can choose Kanban or Gantt Charts or both, and, throw in task lists, I have a flexible tool that adapts to different methodologies. This is helpful for companies like us that deal with a range of client projects. Overall, the software is intuitive and easy to integrate with other systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting can be improved. It'd have been nice if there are more choices and ways to visualize data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to monitor milestones closely, their distance from goals, as the project progresses. This helps a lot in tracking time and forecasting deliverables especially when adjustments happen midstream.
