Misleading costs

What are the best aspects of this product?

I didn't actually use projectmanager.com - I signed up for the free trial to see what their timesheets look like.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am currently using Monday.com and Smartsheet.com and I needed a timesheet app as well. I was exploring different apps that might have all 3 functions, and found Projectmanager.com. I signed up for the free trial and had to sign up for the Business profile. For the signup it mentions $25 per user, but it doesn't mention that you have to pay for 15 users. I didn't get a reminder of the trial expiring and had no forewarning that they were going to debit my account. They deducted R5,700.00 ($395) and I didn't even use it! This is 12 times more expensive than my most expensive software. I requested a refund, because I didn't use the service at all, but my request was denied even though they didn't stick to their terms of agreement by sending out a reminder.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A much more clear explanation of the pricing.
