What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm using the Personal plan and it's robust enough for my needs. Price is affordable, easy to squeeze into a month-to-month budget until you get paid by the client. It lets you work closely with your team, contractors and clients in one place. User roles let me segregate discussions and pipelines.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you want to customize reports you have to run the default then change it. It's much faster if the software can format reports before you do the analytics. That way, you eliminate the revision part.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're always on top of our deadlines and deliverables. Because data is in one place, it's also convenient to track costs and keep to our budget.
