What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use, but I didn't have a lot of time to try it
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I signed up for the 30 days trial. However, due to the Covid-19 situation, we didn't have enough time to try it so I forgot about it. A day after the trial ended I noticed the charge on my credit card and I reached out to the customer support. Even though they were not obliged to refund me, my experience with other companies that offer trial periods is that if you miss by a day they give you the refund or at least some of the money back. Furthermore, I was told that in the registration process I signed up for a plan that is for 15 users for one month and not for an annual one. I asked if it's possible to change it to an annual plan, as I was already billed the amount, and I was told this is not possible.
I am not saying that they did anything illegal or wrong, but their inflexibility was very disappointing. This is the worst service I have ever encountered from a SaaS company and I highly recommend not to use their software
