Easy to learn and easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

Getting up to speed with ProofHub’s features was quite fast because it’s so straightforward and easy to learn. I love that I am now able to chat with my teammates on the tool itself. Tasks are also much less overwhelming because we can trim it down into subtasks rather than assigning one big task to a single person. We can also see the progress of a project through a Gantt chart.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ProofHub wasn’t exactly designed for slow internet connections, so it takes a while for me and my team to load pages. The rate is also a little expensive if you ask me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On a bigger scheme, this has allowed me to direct big projects into the direction that I want them to. I also like how convenient it is for me to assign projects to team leaders and then give them to freedom to chop these up into subtasks for their team members.
