What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to its availability on mobile, I can now oversee tasks and projects even when I am away from the office. There can be individual dashboards created for each big project too—with excellent tracking features as that. If you want to get a feel of the tool before committing to a premium account, you can do so for a maximum of 30 days.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have noticed a few lags in the software, but this might just be chalked up to my faulty internet connection. I would also prefer to just purchase the license rather than pay a recurring monthly bill for subscription. I hope the owners would consider this as an option too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to trim down the hours of going back and forth to give updates to our team about our tasks and the status of each project. Now, remote work is working much more smoothly.
