What are the best aspects of this product?

After scouring the market for the best project management tool, my team and I finally discovered ProofHub. We use it to stay on track of our project timelines and, so far, I have been loving how easy it is to oversee projects now. The layout is simple and customizable. Not to mention, I can take a birds-eye view of all the tasks on our pipeline and take note of their deadlines.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While they do allow customizations, there is still little wiggle room. I hope that they would give us more freedom to tweak the layout.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I wear different hats in my team and ProofHub has helped me balance all of these. Taking a look at the broader scheme of tasks and making sure that each of them is being worked on has been so much easier too. One would be hard-pressed to miss a deadline with this tool. Requests from other silos no longer fall through the cracks as well once we log it on to ProofHub.
