What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the task tracking feature. It allows me to see how much time we're spending on one task. Through that, I can properly delegate tasks and set deadlines, which will both work for us and our clients. We can do a lot in the tool such as assets proofing and mark-up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the current version, creating a list is required before we can create a task. Sometimes the list isn't necessary, so making it mandatory makes no sense in some cases. I wish they would make it optional. We cannot also sync its calendar to Google calendar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Proofhub makes our team more efficient because it organizes our tasks effectively. Tracking and updating is a breeze.
