The best thing about Proofhub is that if you get such a great deal with the software with all the features you get to have with pricing that is not costly to have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I dislike about the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps get everybody on the same page and collaborate easily with one another in real-time, with one place to find everything and get things done. We also get to easily track project progress and employee productivity with an inbuilt Gantt chart and make amendments when needed. Business relations with our clients have been strengthened as we can add them to their projects, allowing them to give feedback or suggestions on the files while assuring them that things are on track.
