What are the best aspects of this product?
It has a responsive mobile app that works really smoothly and has all the features of the web app. I would highly recommend this to those who are looking for a perfect concoction between responsive and feature-rich app.

So far, it’s been okay. Haven’t really encountered a problem with the product functionality as such.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
If it is possible, then I’d like to see a bot along with the live chat functionality to create a better support process.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My operators don’t feel as if they had to sit the entire time at their laptops or take them wherever they have work to keep up with the support requests.
